- ALTER <enter>
- This will display the instruction screen.
- Switch letters can be upper or lower case.
- 'Type' ALTER.COM from DOS for the release date.

- This will delete both the date and time stamp of all
- files in the current directory.

- This will display filespec.ext without change.

- Filespec.ext changes to System, Hidden, Read Only, Archive.

- and leave attributes unchanged.

- Reset switch is ignored if any other switches are active.
- Reset will set filespec.ext attributes to none.

- I'm willing to bet someone will find an error that eludes the
- parser. Bug reports are welcome, and fixes will be issued
